Van Houten & Co. strengthens its team

Van Houten & Co. is growing: as of today, Mehdi Sidaoui and Nils Radon join our Berlin team as M&A analysts. Both will work across all three business areas – acquisitions and succession solutions in the German Mittelstand, advisory, and investment management.

Mehdi Sidaoui holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and brings experience in M&A, asset management and banking, having previously worked for Wintergerst Unternehmer-Beratung, HDI, UniCredit and Commerzbank, among others. Nils Radon joins from the asset and portfolio management team at HOWOGE, where he also analysed and structured operational processes.
